During the early days of the Zionist movement kibbutzim and moshavim were established, working the land and turning the desert into a garden. At the same time, Baron Edmund de Rothschild acquired land, established factories, and even helped support local farmers. In 2010, a group of young farmers joined forces and purchased land to revitalize the Wadi. Today, Lev Adam farm sits on land previously purchased by Baron Rothschild over 130 years ago, inspired by the pioneering spirit of that time. Through shared work with young men and women, we have created a thriving organic farm that we hope will continue to flourish for another 75 years, along with the all of Israel.
